Mailing cards help

As some of you may know, I'm "new" to the scene after a hiatus. When I used to collect eBay was JUST coming around. I want to know how I should package my cards for shipping via trade/sale/auction. From what I gather, bubble mailers are a must. No white envelopes. But what else? A card inside a bubble mailer will bounce around like crazy. I'm worried the card slides out of the toploader/sleeve and gets damaged.

1. put card in penny sleeve
2. put card in penny sleeve in top loader
3. small piece of tape over top of loader
4. put everything into TEAM BAG
5. put into #000 Bubble Mailer.
6. PRINT address NEATLY AND LEGIBLE
7. take to post office
8. pray that it makes it to it's destination..............

Delivery Method

I have always placed the card inside a plastic card holder, then wrapped that securely in bubble wrap, then placed that inside of a bubbled-envelope for delivery. Everyone has been very happy with that form of delivery. Hope that helps !

A bag that will hold enough cards for team sets. You can buy them in packs of 100 from hobby shops.

Team Bag

It's a little plastic sleeve that is wider than the penny sleeves, so you can fit either a bunch of cards in it or a card within a plastic holder. It has an adhesive flap on the top for securing the card inside of it.

Thanks guys. I went out and got a 100 pack of team bags and 3 dozen bubble mailers that fit CDs/DVDs.

Now I'm praying I don't get one of those donkey eBayers that are going to file claim against me for "not receiving" the cards.

What shipping method would you suggest that would keep me safe from people saying they didn't receive their cards?

Another thing I sometimes do(though not in the perfect habbit) is taping the team bag with cards in that way.

I have 2 sizes of bubble envelopes one is made for 3.5 computer disk but work fine for small deals and more of the standard sze(I actually am not in the habbit of using the small right now)

The best thing I do to make sure the PO doesn't screw up is I have a dymo printer..uses no ink(thermal printer). Unless the label falls off(unlikely unless they drop the package in water lol)the PO has no excuse for losing the card...Not really that expensive when you think about it and of course it come in handy around Christmas,birthdays or other holidays in which you send out greetings.(I suppose the younger kids could use that to lurer the parents in to buying it lol and simply buy their own lables)
