Mailing eBay sales -- how do you guys address your stuff?

We're getting to the point now with our eBay sales that filling out 50-75 bubble mailers is a little nuts. I'm doing it by hand -- is there a quicker way to do labels aside from cut and paste?

You can do it from within ebay and paypal.. I believe quite a few guys here do it. I do it by hand still because I only do 20 max per week.

I have the shipping labels that are 2 per 8x11 sheet.

Paypal shipping lables fit on one side so those are easy.

But stuff outside of the US I took a Word doc and put my return address on it and then i put the shipping address on it.. tested it on reguler paper till I liked the way it came out. Then I just copy their address from the paypal packing slip and paste it to the mailing section. Highlite lite it and increase the Font and click all caps. Then print it off... Cut the lable down to size and affix it to the bubble envelope.

He is looking for an option to do more than 1, like 80 labels in one go. Unfortunately I don't know if they have this option in either ebay or paypal

I always print my return labels out.....around 480-800 at a time (sheets of 80 - avery lables).....

As for the shipping address, just by hand.

Been doing it for a while and takes only a few seconds for each address. For me printing the shipping labels would take much more time and run up unneccesary costs.

I use Paypal shipping to handle all of the labels. Pay, Print, Affix and Chunk into my mailbox. Never have to go to the post unless mailing anything Registered.

I have a rubber stamp for my address. You can use Avery labels, as long as you have word on your computer.

Label Printers that print out a sheet the size of a #000 bubble mailer are pretty nice. Had one at my old job and used to print my ebay/paypal stuff on it and leave it in the bin at work for the post man to take. Was nice not having to go to the post office. I believe the brand we had was Zebra, the thing looked like it was from the 90's so that may be a reliable brand to look for.

Your option is to use labels for the shipping addresses but your costs will increase and it won't save you any time. As for the return address, I have an ink stamp

I use avery labels for my Canadian orders, paypal shipping for my US orders. Just use the Avery Media program, you don't need any other program on your PC. I do about 150-200 per month. Just copy and paste the address from your paypal account. As far as paypal shipping, I suggest using the paypal labels, saves a lot of time vs. taping/glueing. Cost isn't really an issue for me, I just write them off as an expense as part of my business. If you are doing that many mailings, I'm assuming you have a business already to write stuff off?

I do everything by hand. What can i say, i'm too cheap to go out and buy labels.
