A few days late, but watchin VCU play Michigan right now and figured hey why not?

Some thoughts on the first two days of the tourney:

Gonzaga and Kansas sure struggled in their openers, I would be more concerned as a Jayhawks fan though as Western Kentucky missed a ton of shots. It seemed as though Southern was dropping a lot to give Gonzaga a run for its money.

I love watching VCU implement their Havoc system. Shaka Smart is a great young coach.

The A-10 is 6-0 with all five teams making it to the Round of 32; very impressive.

It seems as though the Pac-12 was taking the slights by the seeding committee to heart with Oregon and Cal upsetting #5 seeds.

By comparison it looks like the Big-12 was a little bit over-ranked.

I love this first week of the tournament. Nothing like it.

Finally as is written in the article below Florida Gulf Coast coach Andy Enfield is a 1 in the seedings of life. Wow.

Why not? None of my fav teams wins anyhow so you have nothing to worry about.

How about that Gonzaga upset the other day.

I'm a UNC fan, hate Duke. Always have, always will.

I'm a bit surprised by Gonzaga going down only because I did not expect Wichita State to shoot as well as they did. Given how they played against Pitt and now Gonzaga, plus a Sweet Sixteen matchup against either 12 seed Ole Miss or 13 seed La Salle I think the Shockers could come through that game and actually beat whoever is on the other side of the bracket and make a surprise appearance in the Final Four.

Florida Gulf Coast becomes the first 15 seed to make it to the Sweet Sixteen, in the schools first ever NCAA Tourney appearance. Just amazing.
