Awesome effort to man up to this error in a HUGE way! Everyone's gonna makes mistakes, but not every company deals with them as proactively the way ITG has.

These type of situations really demonstrates the true character of a company that really respects its customer base. Good on those individuals that took advantage of this offer.

Slightly off topic, but what's going to happen to the Emerland Masks once you send them to ITG? Are they re-printing them all with the proper serial numbering or is whatever that's left going to be just as scarce as the silver and gold versions?
