OK, so here's part 2, for those reading out of order, I'm posting a couple of months worth of mail/pickups with the following breakdown.
Part 1 - Sens - both my Sens RC PC and other Sen player PC's
Part 2 - Cards for Sets I'm working on (or just like) - You are Here
Part 3 - Team Canada - Obvious
Part 4 - Oilers - Cards for my Kurri PC, and Dynasty Oilers
So onto the show for the sets, starting with some little stuff.
I've always loved the Hometown Heroes sets, problem is I'm generally too lazy to chase down the little stuff, but here's 3 more, and I only need cards from this year's series 2 now.
I'm a huge fan of 05-06 Ultra, as the initial Ultra sets back in the 90's were always my favorites, slowly working on the Gold SSP's (got all the biggies), and I pick up the Ultra Ink auto's when I can (generally in trade only).
Another of my favorite sets is Ice, I love all the acetate cards, but especially the Auto's. Not sure I'll ever finish this set thanks to the crazy price Gretzky commands, but I'll at least get all the rest.
Then there's the 07-08 Version, a much bigger set that I doubt I'll chase, but I have picked a few up that I'm keeping and will definitely trade for these, just not spending any more $$ on these.
OK, now onto my favorite sets - Sweet Shot
06-07 Pucks - down to 19 needed with 6 already incoming
06-07 Ice Signings - down to 14 needed with 2 already incoming
06-07 Stick Signings - not doing this set, just pick them up occasionally
06-07 Signature Sticks - not doing this set, just pick them up occasionally
07-08 Puck Signings - not yet actively chasing the set (no budget), but I made a couple of buys (thanks Dave), and will trade for these (and any other Sweet Shot stuff)
07-08 Ice Signings - same as above
07-08 Signature Sticks - same as above
So onto the 5 stars
At number 5, this card comes courtesy of our own frankiefives - thanks Frank! Ray Bourque Signature Stick from 07-08 Sweet Shot (by the way these cards are too thick, anyone know if Ultra-Pro makes a 180pt one-touch yet?)
At number 4 via E-Bay (I think), is the 07-08 Signature Shots Howe
07-08 Sweet Shot Endorsed Equipment Esposito - man these are nice cards!
05-06 SPA Immortal Inks LaFleur - Have a few from this set now, and I just love it
Decided to save number 1 for a Stanley Cup champ and Conn Smythe winner - 06-07 Sweet Shot Signature Stick Zetterberg
