Tough. I don't know whether you go with Lupul's recovery from the blood infection, or Pacio's recovery from his injury to score 30+ goals

I guess if I were a voting man, I'd vote for Pacioretty.

I don't know about lock. I'd say he's a lock over Alfie yes, and I did think he was a lock over Lupul till I realized that blood infection he fought was pretty serious business. I seem to remember talk that it caused him temporarily paralysis, massive weight/muscle loss and his mobility (let alone his hockey career) was threatened since it had entered his spine. For him to come back a year later and score 67 points after being unable to walk almost a year before is definitely worth consideration too.

As long as Dr. Mark doesn't have a vote, I think Pacioretty is the clear cut winner BUT Alfie may get it from voters who want to reward a long time player.

Again - three good choices here - tough to pick a winner but I would go with Lupul.
