Well, it's the day after the disappointing Stanley Cup loss and I need to think of something else; so I thought I'd show my two newest additions to the Russian Rocket collection!
These came in during the week, and they bring my Bure portion of the set to 75% complete...still need the Brodeur/Forsberg/Bure/Roy!

Very nice! Great colours on those puppies... I just wish ITG had been able to use photos on them. They look great though for what they were allowed to work with.

Those AllStar quads are one of the nicest looking sets in recent memory (as far as consistantly nice patches go). Congrats on the new additions.
 
I agree with Cory, if ITG had only used photos on those that would have been absolutely perfect.

Still amazing cards and beauitiful swatches nonetheless, congrats to you!:beer:
 
Bah, lame cards! Wouldn't have wanted the one with Roenick anyway....:|

Seriously, congrats on the more than sweet additions, wish I had 2000 All-Star card. :) Good luck finding the missing piece.

Thanks for the comments all! I agree the cards look somewhat "naked" without a photo of the player on them...but I guess including a photo would have reduced the size of the swatches, and I guess that's what they were looking for - four big All-Star patches.

Sauli: I thought you might enter the competition for the quad with Roenick, but I guess you were smarter than that as they'll probably go for less in some time. You also got lucky having only one Roenick quad patch in the set to look for :P
