This certainly looks like a Rangers' patch. Doesn't it?

For reference, here's one that appears to be from the Habs crest.

I'm not exactly sure where this single color, mini letter comes from.

The letters can be from anything as the photoshoot jerseys on the back say things like "2008 Rookie" or or things like that instead of their names on the back. As for the rangers thing... maybe he did wear one for a photoshoot haha. Or just UD screw up

Didn't the Habs go through about 75,000 different types of jerseys last year?

Is it possible one of them was blue?

Could one of them have been used for photoshoot purposes?

Tune into next week's episode "Photoshoot-Worn Theatre Bull****" to find out more...

That's definitely a Rangers patch. I was thinking it might be from the 1945 alternates (white jersey with the blue stripe in the middle) but that doesn't explain the offset in the white which is a feature I've only seen on Rangers jerseys.

The bottom one is one of those cheap UD sew on patches that says MONTREAL CANADIENS which they stitch on to a random part of the jersey, usually near the bottom hem

Maybe Upper Deck was all mix up, thinking Pacioretty went to the Rangers beside of McDonaugh in the Higgins trade.
With UD, you never know!

That would only work if the photoshoot happened any time recently. Also the player would say somethign if they were being made to to take photos in other team jerseys. Definately not worn by Max.

It looks like it from the 1945-46 Jersey they used last season a couple of times.

Here's a good look at Komisarik's 8 on his jersey. Possibly is the shoulder number from this jersey. The White and Blue border around the number is beefy and looks lighter than Montreal's normal colors.
