Minnesota Twins Re-sign Joe Mauer!!!

The Twins have just locked up Joe Mauer for 8 years and 184 million. Thats 23 million a year. I think this is a great move even though I don't see him being the catcher for more than 2 to 3 more years. Great Job Twins:beer:

While I was secretly hoping to have the problem of needing to buy a Joe Mauer Red Sox jersey, I'm glad Minny was able to hang onto him. What's the point of the small market teams developing the better players in the game only to lose them in their prime.

Agreed , i am a Jays fan , but have an underlying love for the Twins. This is great news for the Twin Cities!!!
