My very first official Rookie Card of Zach Parise arrived today :) Goes nice with the Bochenski. The Parise CDN Expo parallel also goes nice with the Bochenski and Blake I scored from Ryan, the Parise comes from Gamebreakers :)

First scan is some cards for the personal collection (tired of calling it my pc :p ):

Next up, some cards for a couple of the many Autograph sets I am working on. Kind of digging putting together autograph sets, especially ones from earlier releases that are hard signed. The Pilote and Dionne Archives come from DJ sports, another fine deal :)

Thanks for the look :)

Nice score on the Parise Expo Exclusive card. You also picked a couple of nice autograph sets to complete. :) Just don't quit halfway through. ;)

You have been talking to Mike far too much :p I must admit, my attention span is worse than a small child and patience about as much, but I really do like putting together the auto sets, so I am crossing my fingers I can see them through to the end  :)

The UD Ultimate Signatures set should be the easiest of the 3 sets since it's a newer release and even the SP's are available. The Lone Star and Topps Archives sets will be a bit more difficult since they are older sets and there are a couple of tricky SP's (if I'm not mistaken).

You're right... Mike does rub off pretty easily. Like poison ivy at summer camp. :D

I"m down to the Theodore for the Ultimate set, snagged the Roy on Turkey day :)

I really like the Archives set, great idea and some cool players. I love the look of the Stadium Lone Stars as well, nice cards.

Hey, Wait just one cotton pickin' minute. I knew my ears were burning for some reason.

Shawn, Nice pickups, and I love those Topps Archives cards, especially the Dionne which is a copy of my favorite "Vintage" set ever(1971-72 OPC/Topps). As for those lousy Devils cards, Meh. :p Mike

Jays right about the Archives, they're an awesome set, but the SPs are difficult to pick up. I've been slowly picking away at this set for a couple years now and its great. Oh, and no matter what anyone tells you, the Billy Smith SP does not exist.

Shawn

I'm liking these ole INK'ed items! :D

If you ever decide to not complete that there AU set with the Marty addition! Please keep me in mind! ;)

Congrats On your personal collection acquisitions!

As for dealing with Ryan!! You'll be giving him a swelled head with those types of comments! ;) LOL!
