This is all a little new to me. Last year I busted over $10,000 in wax in hockey product with some luck of course, but my recent basketball breaks over the past couple of weeks have already surpassed the MOJO level of what I pulled last year. Perhaps I started off in the wrong sport?? lol..
Busted 2 boxes of Topps Big Game, hoping to land a Bargnani card. ANY Bargnani card, since I think he is the real deal and will get better as he gets more playing time. Mission accomplished
Then I hoped to land another patch card of a rc that's playing since I like to collect patches. Again SUCCESS!!!!
After that I hesitantly (after 2 hours of thinking) bought a box of SP Game Used Basketball. I tried a box of this last year and was lucky enough to get a "hot box". BARF. It was a box that every pack had a card numbered 100 or less, but the best card was Ersan Ilayvoya RC /50 lol. No jokes!!!
I got the storekeeper to pick the first box on the shelf and was on my way home. I waited until later that night to open the cards and I opened my Big Game packs first. BAM Bargnani Auto Jersey /199!!! I would have been happy with that, but the rest of pack had a Cedric Simmons jersey /99.
The second pack of Big Game, I didn't expect anything at all, but that yieled a Patrick O' Bryant dual patch/jersey/50!!! Patch is a nice 3 color to =). Second b ox also yielded a redemption auto jersey for Saer Sene, whoever the hell he is lol.
Now onto the box of SPGU. I just wanted to try a box of this stuff since there are a lot of extras included that weren't in it last year. Also has plenty of Raptors cards and with my recent luck, I thought maybe I could land something sweet. Boy was I right . First four pack had absolutely ZIP and were reminiscent of my TERRIBLE box breaks of last year. We're talking Channing Frye jersey here!!!! 5th pack is where the SWEET RAPTOR MOJO COMES IN!!! DUAL AUTO PATCH OF T.J FORD AND P.J TUCKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Both have nice 2 color patches and the autos like really nice. It is pretty rare to land a mojo card from this product since I got nine boxes of hockey SP Game Used and my best card was a Quad GU of the New Jersey Devils which included Brodeur. A nice card, but didn't have the shock value of this dual auto patch!! .
So, thanks for the long read, but it is seriously rare, VERY rare for me to have a hot hand in busting boxes. Tempts me to keep busting wax, but I think I'll quit while I am ahead .
I seriously would have kicked something if I didn't land the dual Raptors patch
The patch feels like rubber...(insert pun here) lol.

The only reason he got sent down is b\c he wasn't getting any playing time here, but whenever he has he has put up some solid rebounding numbers. Pretty sure he'll be back and he's only there for some experience. He's one of those hard-working guys that every team can need.
