As long as both traders are happy go for it.
I agree with the sentiment of if it works for both parties, that's the main thing that matters.
However, to answer your original question, were two parties swapping trade bait (take the emotional or PC angle out of the picture), yes, I'd say it's reasonable for the person getting the lower-end haul of 11 cards to get more value in return than the person getting the two higher-end cards. Just my two cents, but I think everyone would rather have two cards combining to value at $100 than 11 cards that combine to value $100, hence adding in a little extra value on the lower-end "trading down" cards.
As long as both traders are happy go for it. I've done trades like that before but it also depends on how much I want or need the cards coming my way.
