No, not a practical solution to the hobby lockout. Just scans (finally!) of a project that I continue to work on. I bring you...
Mats Sundins Career in 15 cards or less! There are a total of 60 Gold cards in this 6 card subset, and I now have 15 of them... without further ado -
03/04 ITGU SS CR-5A - only one so far... Mats still had his chunky teen cheeks...
03/04 ITGU SS CR-5B - Four, Four I say!!... Hard to see but Mats was wearing a visor back then. Also, he mucked it up enough that one of the swatches has a jersey repair (that's about as interesting as these swatches get!)
03/04 ITGU SS CR-5C - Only three on this one... and my one two color out of the 15 I own (sad sad sad). Mats is wearing the utility Jofa helmet in this one!
03/04 ITGU SS CR-5D - Ummm... I'm guessing this card doesn't exist
Hopefully have it tracked down on ebay. We'll see. Had a snarky email exchange with a trader today that suggested the Sundin will go higher. Long story short, I may get screwed by a vengeful bidder.
On to better things!...
03/04 ITGU SS CR-5E - Another hoard of 4 - Mats representing at the 1996 World Cup for Sweden.
03/04 ITGU SS CR-5F - only three, but highlights MAts scoring his biggest career point to date, his 1,000, against Edmonton March 10, 2003.
Thanks for the look guys and gals; if you see one of these somewhere, please let me know. I'm not trying to Quincify the supply, but I would like to have the option to consider it!
