Thanks! Enroth also thought it was an awesome piece when he saw it. Now he's looking into maybe acquiring one of his other jerseys from his days with the Dallas Stars. Fun stuff!

Updated the collection this week with my 61st 1/1 card! With the help of a few generous people pointing me in the direction of this card, along with a good buddy of mine helping me land it, this is one of the coolest patch pieces in my entire collection.

2013-14 ITG Between The Pipes One Of A Kind 1/1

This patch is from the front crest of the Buffalo Sabres' 40th Anniversary alternate jersey that the Sabres wore from 2010-2012.

That is absolutely awesome!!!!!!

Updated the PC with this awesome Jumbo Memorabilia 1/1 card from 2022 President's Choice Solid Gold! Sweet piece of the CCM by Lefevre logo from one of Enroth's CCM Premier gloves with the LA Kings.

Huge thanks to Curt for pulling this card from his box breaks. He was very excited to pull it, as he knew exactly where this card was going. Can't thank him enough.

In other news, this card had some great timing, as my podcast I help co-host interviewed Dr. Price to talk all things Solid Gold. Always great to have insight from the Dr. himself.

Another great addition to the Builders Category Autograph Project.

Stephen Laroche was kind enough to sign the top of this 2010-11 ITG Between The Pipes Masked Men lll Silver parallel, a set he helped create. Stephen held various roles with ITG, including VP of Product Development and Brand Manager.

So these jersey additions are adding up! At the Toronto Expo, I managed to find not one, but two Enroth Game-Used Jerseys from his time with the Toronto Maple Leafs!

The white away jersey holds so extra significance, as it was used in Enroth's final NHL Game Played on November 30th, 2016 vs Calgary.

These were Enroth's only set of Maple Leafs jerseys. As a Leafs fan my entire life, this is beyond awesome.

So..... another game-worn jersey has arrived. Yes, I am just as surprised as you are with how fast the last 4 gamers have been acquired. I found this one inside a goalie/Anaheim Ducks memorabilia collection based all the way in Belgium and managed to make a quick deal. With this Ducks addition, I now have at least 1 game-used jersey from each of Enroth's NHL teams he has represented in his career.

2016-17 Anaheim Ducks Game-Used Home Jersey
(10-Year Stanley Cup Championship Anniversary Game)

The featured 2016-17 Anaheim Ducks Game-Used jersey was worn by Jhonas Enroth in warmups and proceeded to backup up Jonathan Bernier in a 5-2 win versus the Washington Capitals on March 12th, 2017.

This single-game jersey set was created for just this one particular game, as the Anaheim Ducks paid tribute to the 10-year anniversary of their first Stanley Cup Championship in 2007, becoming the first team in California to hoist the Stanley Cup. The jersey features a few puck marks, along with a special 10-year anniversary patch on the front of the jersey. On the right sleeve you’ll also notice the NHL centennial patch, celebrating 100 years of NHL hockey from 1917-2017.


While searching for photo matches of backup/warmup-worn stuff, you can't be too picky. I did manage to find 1 photo patch of this jersey in use (Enroth can be seen in on the left side).

If anyone can help me find more photos of this jersey in use, that would be awesome and much appreciated.

Onto the latest addition to my collection with another card for The Builders Category - An Autograph Project dedicated to those who've helped bring cards to life in their own way.

Today's introduction is Dave Sandford, a professional sports photographer who has been around for over 2 decades and has photographed many NHL games over the years.

Everyone knows that the photographs used on cards play an important role, so who better to add to the Builders Category than a photographer. Dave was happy to autograph a 2009-10 Upper Deck Black Diamond Rookie Gems card of Jhonas Enroth, which features a photo that Dave snapped during a preseason game between the Buffalo Sabres and Toronto Maple Leafs on September 26th, 2008.

If you can even believe it, I picked up yet another Game-Used jersey this past week. My first National Team jersey! Always wanted one.

Enroth wore this jersey during 3 International tournaments in 2012 with Swedish National Team:

The wear of this jersey is really noticeable, too. A lot of nice pucks and red post paint marks, general wear, etc.

Back to the cards!

Updated the collection with another card from 15-16 ITG Final Vault! Been a while since I've added any Vault stuff, but I'm always happy when it happens.

2010-11 ITG Between The Pipes Game-Used Jersey Gold (Final Vault Red Stamp)

With this addition, it bring me up to 26 cards from this set. Maybe one day I'll hit 30!

The collection is almost nearing the 700-card milestone, too. Currently sitting at 688 cards in total...

Also added this fun little duplicate from 2009-10 Ultimate. I used to own this card not too long, but gave it away to help a collector with their auto/mem collection. They are downsizing that collection, so I was able to trade for my card back.

Total cards in this collection now stand at 689!

I appreciate your kind words, Paul. Thank you. Just happy to keep this collection train going. Happy to have a new release with a sizeable amount of new cards to chase. Who knows if or when that will happen again within the current card landscape.

As soon as I heard In The Crease has a nameplate set, I was excited at the possibility of owning another letter card. As an added bonus, these cards look great in my opinion.
