My Largest Goalie Insert Set (126) Completed...

It took over a year to track down the Belfour "Stars of the Game"... but it's worth it. Here is the largest Goalie insert set I have completed (126 cards). This year's set is a little smaller (102)... and I'm three away from finishing it...

...which may be my last Goalie set... I'm done. I just can't afford it anymore. It's either my Fleury collection, or my Goalie collection that has to suffer. I just can't do both. It's been a fun ride, but an extremely expensive one. I'll continue to try and finish the sets I already started, but starting new sets is just not possible anymore.

Wow what a great accomplishment on that set! A great looking one thats for sure.

As for your decision we're all gonna miss your completed sets but as you mentioned it must get insanely expensive to keep it up. I think you made the right choice however by keeping the Fleury collection going. Hands down you have one of the best single player collections ever put together.

Congrats on completing that MONSTER goalie Set in only a year. Amazing there were NO redemptions to deal with either. Count your blessings the "other" card company didn't do that set...:dizzy:
