For those of you who remember this thread, I finally got my pics to upload. I had to update my Kodak easyshare software :) So, without further adu, my new pads :D

Nice pads, I feel bad for you wallet though... I remember how much it cost just to buy my Leg Pads.

have fun breaking everything in ....I remember when I got a brand new Brians Thief catcher took forever but was the best glove I ever had

That's some sweet looking gear, man! They look like the Caps colors to me! I think Chris is on to something there. ;)

Chris - Yeah, I probably could just walk on, too. I mean, I already have the jersey, what more do I need? :D

Wes - Somehow, I don't think you really needed an excuse before :rolleyes: I'm also thinking of talking to Dr. Price and see if he wants to buy my pads and sign me to an exclusive deal..wonder if I'll get a response :D

Muffinz - Actually, my parents are paying for the leg pads for xmas. I only have to pay for the chest protector and gloves :)

Nick - I plan on taking a baseball bat to them this weekend to break them in :)

Jay - Yeah yeah..hush you :p


My old pads could definately even have some sweet swatches on them, too. If you were to ever see those hideously ugly things, you'd know what I mean :D

Thanks for the comments guys. Those darn pads took me litterally 20 minutes to strap on last week cuz there were waaaaaay more buckles/straps/velcro thingies that I'm used to LOL

I wear an Itech. It's super old but it's comfy and I like it. Plus, a new mask would cost about as much as both of my gloves combined haha.

Chris - How bout I just put the name Barr with heart instead :rollseyes: And a oven-chicken stick will cost ya $150 ;)
 
CJ - thanks for the pics - you're going to look quite ummm... wide on the ice I would guess now.

I agree, mask's are too expensive now.... even know I do have the newest and most expensive Itech mask :rolleyes: If you ever need one, I have a brand new Itech 4600 for sale

I bought the cheapest mask I could find... used all my money for my eagle pads. Better to protect your shins then your head, jeez.
