Finally received this card in hand after having it shipped to the inlaws following the auction win. Saved $45 on taxes, we'll take that all day long!
Didn't think it would surface as quickly as it did, but when it popped up on ebay I knew I had to go for it. The Gold Outburst young guns is on epack as well, which is frustrating because people on epack are generally impossible to deal with!
Behold, the center piece to my Owen Pickering collection! For now, at least!

As for why I PC Pickering, I was the broadcaster for his junior team in Swift Current for his first three seasons there, and in my 10+ years of working in junior hockey I haven't met many guys who were more personable and friendly than Picks. A great kid from a great family. I was in Montreal when he got drafted and was able to see him briefly the following morning before he got shipped off to Pittsburgh for his first rookie camp.
We were sitting in his hotel room and I asked him if Crosby had reached out to him yet. He said no and then seconds later a Pittsburgh area phone number called him. He stared at his phone and was like "Oh my god, is this him??" It was not, it was the equipment manager asking what sizes he needed haha.
I send him pictures of the cards I pick up of his and he'll send me photos of cards he's signing. He randomly facetime'd me the other night and was like "What is this card??" and it was a printing plate booklet from The Cup. He was very confused why he was supposed to only sign one of them and not all four.
I'm glad he has NHL cards now that I can track down. Not looking forward to big releases like Ultimate Collection and The Cup though. Not sure the budget can handle those!
