NBA Finals-Game 1-Mavs/Heat thread

dangit dampier got that rebound shoot i think the heats chance is slim to win tonight...i only saw that sweet dunk wade had i've been busy doing my training stuff so i didn't get to watch this game
 
Why was Griffin starting? He got boo'ed out of Boston and he starts for the Finals?

Oh yeah Eric, thats called being PHYSICAL. Tell the Mavs to get used to it.

Dirk seemed pretty weak tonight, JT big game.

Game 2 is a must win or else Dallas is out on the open
 
There's a different of being physical and busting open people right and left and trying to break their jaw!

Oh and griffith fits in the lineup in dallas and that is why he started, he should of been the one booing boston not the other way around, cause they don't know how to use their lineup!

This was back when they were good, and Griffin was not, really, not.
 
Heat came out strong but the Mavs came back...as they have been all these playoffs. I still think the heat will win in 6 but I also predicted Detroit-Spurs final so what do I know haha. I would never have thought the Mavs becnch would out score the heats. Remember the Mavs are the home team, they are suppose to win game one.
 
They really only have Stackhouse that could be a starter on anthor team. The Heat have several, Still Mavs bench 24 Heats 2...that won't happen again. If it wasn't for Cuban I would be really happy now, I just can't be happy for him.
 
I agree, Howard is a key factor. He is still very underrated.

I'm waiting until Marquis Daniels really starts to develop, I've seen the evolution of Devin Harris from where he started, and he can be a really good point guard in the league...now I'm waiting on Daniels to develope!
 
heat will win game 2 and game 3. The only reason Heat lost game 1, is cause they r stupid, for not using Shaq enough. He only shot 11 times. U got yo give someone like shaq 25 shots a game, especially since Mavs have no one who can really step up to Shaq. All of the Heats starting 5 other than haslem, shot more times than Shaq. Even Walker shot 19 times. Without Shaq Heat is like the NY Knicks, too much talent going to waste.

Lol, by now you should understand that the "2003 Draft Class" is Lebron, Melo and Wade. Howard isnt as premier as them, with facts yes he did get there, but people try to hide his name.
