need a focus for my collection...which Pens player(s)

Need an opinion on which player(s) I should start a collection....sure I might pick up any PEns now and then but I want to focus on 1-3 players...might do everything or just certain stuff.
Once of my choices is Whitney....thinking about Erik Christensen Letang(know he is not a regular right now) or maybe Orpik or Armstrong.
As you can probably see I am probably not going to focus on an expensive player such as Crosby or Malkin....I could also consider doing one type of card(GU AU or #'d) on one or more of my choices

Any suggestions would help?

i started collecting orpik during the 03-04 season, he's not a very exciting player the majority of the time but he can throw some big hits and fights sometimes too. He has some cool cards and parallels that are sort of a challenge to find and they usually don't go for too much on ebay which is another plus...
my price range is pretty low so that sort of limits the players i can collect, but of the penguins on the roster, staal is the one i'd be buying up right now, his stuff is already a little steep but he's the only guy on the team aside from sid and malkin that i can see becoming a dominant first liner in the league. Whitney is a good call too, he's doing well enough that he'll probably have some cool cards in the higher end sets which is sort of a setback of collecting a guy like orpik...

Ithink your best choices are Whitney (think the Coffey to Gretzky and Kurri), or Christensen (the Glen Anderson type of secondary scoring).

Whitney and Armstrong are good choices. Armstrongs cards book for more than most of the other Pens cards and Whitney is a solid D-man. Personally, i wouldnt pick Christensen b/c i think is auto is horrible, but if thats not a factor for you, hes a great choice.
