So, I got a text from a friend today trying to sell me a Crosby jersey for
$75. The jersey is from 04-05 ITG Heroes & Prospects Numbered DM-SC Double Memorabilia (Crosby in Team Canada Uniform) and has both a full white swatch and one black/ white swatch. I think Beckett listed it as numbered out of 30 although he said there is no seriel number on the card.

I don't really have $75 bucks to spend on a non pc card at this point although I feel this is a really good deal.

My question are.

1. Do you think this is a real good price for this card?

2. Do you think I could re-sell it online for more and how much more?

What are your thoughts?

if you feel the price is good go for it, if your going to going to resell it i would not hold my breath hopeing to make more than what you paid for it. but thats just my opinion

I agree with this, though...the fact that it's a Team Canada card is really the X-Factor that could have it go for more than $70. Without it, it's just a Sidney Crosby dual jersey card, print run or not.

If you're only looking to flip it, I'd say caveat emptor...you may break even, you may lose a few bucks, or you may win out. I don't think you're losses will be huge though if you do lose (since I figure it would probably be a $60-70 sale at the lowest.) If I were a Crosby collector, however, I'd pay $70 for it given how rarely that thing must show up at a reasonable price (less than $500 BIN :p )

If you think it is a good deal then I would say go for it. You can either sell it down the road for a loss, profit or break even but at the same time you can hold onto it to possibly trade it for a PC card. I am not sure what you collect but I don't imagine you would have a hard time trading a Crosby card such as the one you metion.

Cheers
Connie
