need advice with Ebay auction win

Hey Guys ,
I got a problem and need some advise how to proceed.
I bid on a cut autograph card of a hall of fame ball player.
The seller accepted paypal,however 3 days after the auction ended, he sent me an email that something was wrong with his computer and he couldn't access his paypal account.He now wanted me to pay with a money order or cash.He has over 300 postive feedback with not 1 negative.I asked him to access his paypal account from a different computer.
I do not want to pay for a high end item without using paypal.Is there something fishy here or what!!!
He has not responded to me for the last 5 days!!!

Did you use PayPal balance or charge it to your credit card?

If I was you and I charged it to your credit card I would be filing a chargeback right about now. Do not hesitate. Not being able to access PayPal from a broken PC is crap. PayPal is a web based application and can be accessed from any PC.

I didn't even get a chance to pay him with paypal.He wanted cash or money order right away,even though his auction stated he accepts paypal.
I guess I'm going to have to walk away from the purchase ,but it really pisses me off he changed his mind about paypal not being accepted after the auction ended.
