Need help from a canadian ebayer...

This is just too tiresome now!
But it's something new when a canadian ebayer who only ships within canada!
He refused to ship to me despite my PM and my feedback at *1105...
...sigh, this is killing me plus that ebay global shipping program!

Anyway just shoot me a PM if you're able to help me with that auction.
I'm at my job right now so I may be slow with my reply the.
