Need help from HI patch detectives

I recently purchased this card for my Thomas Hickey collection

Now, I can't find one part in this logo that has this pattern in it

Now maybe, ITG screwed up, as it looks a like a piece of name plate, but I can't find that pattern in HICKEY either. So where exactly is this patch from?

When I looked at it, I thought it might've been from the nameplate too, the black being the patch. Then I looked again and thought maybe the white peices are the patch, and the black is underlaying it. ...if that makes any sense.

They used a lot of different pieces of the jersey. I saw a show stamped card with a piece of the WHL logo in it, but your piece doesn't appear to be from that. I then thought maybe the RBK logo, but it didn't seem to fit. Maybe it's from one of the E's in Seattle?

Even the E from Seattle still seems a little off. Maybe Dr. Price can help us out here?

I don't have it in hand yet, but I'm almost positive it's a Thunderbirds jersey, he's pictured in it and every Hickey jersey or patch I have is Thunderbirds.

I'd bet it's the "E" in "Seattle". Notice the little dip of the patch on the far right of the patch.

Not always a guarantee when pictured...even with ITG. I've got tons of Mike Cammalleri's 05-06 Heroes and Prospects GU pieces where he's pictured on the Monarchs, but they're all from an LA Kings jersey (says so on the back as well.)

But I think in this case Bruce is right...it looks like part of the E in Seattle.
