Need help with broad st boys cards

I opened a pack of broad st boys cards and pulled a John leclair game used number 3 color black orange white with two lots of stitching. Card number m-23

Black version

Looking to find out what this card would be numbered out of and what value it would have

Any help would be great

I don't do much ITG
