Need Help with Exhibit Cards

Hello everyone,

I found a lot of 1939-??? Exhibit Salutation cards. I think only three of them are salutation cards, while the Berra is something else. Any help pin pointing the exact years would be appreciated.

Thank you very much - The condition is not the greatest, but I think I will send them in for grading.

1939-1946 Exhibits Salutation Ted Williams SGC 60 5 was selling in the 39-60 dollar range graded.

These postcard size exhibit cards were made by the Exhibit Supply Co. of Chicago for use in exhibit card machines usually found in amusement parks, fairs, and ball parks of the era. The 1939-1946 series is called "Salutation" Exhibits (many of the cards were issued for a few years past 1946). The later 1947-1966 series doesn't have a salutation before the players name. These cards can be dated even closer to the year of issue by the style of the "U.S.A." print at bottom. The cards with the all capitals "MADE IN U.S.A." are from 1939-1950. the cards with "Made in U.S.A." are from 1951-1953. the cards with the all capital "PRINTED IN U.S.A." are from 1954-1956. The cards with "Printed in U.S.A" are from 1957-1966. There are 82 in the 1939-46 set. There are 336 different cards in the 1947-1966 set.

Thanks for the help, here is what I have then:

Top Left - Ted Williams 1939-1946 MADE IN U.S.A, now this the #64A with the 9 Showing on the back it has a BV $400.00 in EX-MT.

Lower Right - Ted Williams 1939-1946 Printed in the USA. I can not find a listing for this one in the 1947-1966 Set, it says sincerely yours, so it is the 64B with out a #9 showing it is $80.00 in EX-MT.

Top Right - Mel Ott 1939-1946 MADE IN U.S.A., Lower Right Salutation #49B

Lower Left - Yogi Berra #20

Thank you guys for your help. I know that these cards are not in Ex-Mt condition, but I still think I am going to get them graded so I can put an accurate value on them.
