I recently sent my old 360 in to get fixed at Microsoft and they sent it back saying that I hacked into the console and they will not fix it. I never opened the console so I have no idea what they are talking about.
I called them and they said that they will not fix and when asked if there's anywhere else I can get it fixed they said no.
Does anyone know a place to get it fixed, because its just sitting there and I don't want to through it out.
