I redeemed this a year and a half ago:

2009 NHL TRILOGY 1-2 CLEARCUT COMBOS # ED TO 100 CD # CC2-GB
Upper Deck site still has the typical "athlete commited to signing soon" tag. The moment I saw this card on the checklist, I had to have it, so I'm tempted to just leave it be. However, I believe I've seen 1 or 2 redemptions from this subset get cancelled, and I know for a fact Green & Backstrom both have signed cards since this release. Does anyone know for a fact if this was indeed one of the cards cancelled or not? If not, would you just wait it out in hopes that it'll see the light of day, or just ask for a replacement? My only issue with requesting a replacement is a.) requesting another Mike Green card, but getting something I already have, which the odds would be half decent that it'd happen or b.) getting something totally unrelated.
I'm really stuck between a rock and a hard place, what would you do here?
