I have a Roger Clemens autograph on a score card I got 2 years ago at a Dodger game. I really want to get this certified but have no clue what do to. I understand I send it to PSA (i think). But, how do I send it? Inclose the autograph or do I cut it out or something? Do I include money for it to get certified? I have so many questions going around I don't know where to start lol. Also, does anybody know the address for PSA? Thanks so much for your help! It is very appreciated.

As long as you know PSA was given a grade "D" by the BBB, only slightly above the worst possible rating. Send your cards to beckett. Will cost you a bit more and they are harsher graders, but their service seems to be reputable.

Auto...I don't want to get into a pissing match, but most the PSA/DNA "mistakes" were made during the Spence era. So I would say beware SGC/JSA also.

Added...I had no idea BGS or is it BCCG authenciated autos.

Thanks

Not really. Spence was gone when PSA authenticated the Britney Spears first grade autograph. He was also gone when PSA authenticated the Albert Pujols Facsimile base card as authentic. PSA also graded a Dan Marino Jersey card that was numbered 13/13 (problem is, the numbered versions had silver foil, the gold versions were not numbered). So, didn't take an expert to see that was altered. Brought that to the attention of PSA and Peter Ma responded, agreed, and tried to contact the card owner to get it back. Hehe and not a pissing match... just a debate ;)

My two cents. If you know the auto is good and you do not plan to sell it than there no need have the card certified. I prefer JSA since PSA customer service is horrible.

PSA/DNA has issues, but I think that they are reputable for the most part.

That said, I would probably send anything to JSA now.

Nice to see you have a new home.

Nice Lajoie auto, this must have been above your spending limit
