Need some help? Suggestions?

Hey everybody ive never had a problem Like this before on this site.
i completed a trade with a relatively new member (12 positive feedback)
this is going on 8 weeks now and he has assured me that the card was sent.
Unfortunately i have not received anything.
the member is from europe so i understand the possible delay but at this point
im pretty sure if it hasnt arrived it probably wont. He told me that he shipped it promtly after the trade was made. He has also assured me that he has recieved my end.
Like i said i have never had this problem before so not sure what to do..
i asked bruce a few days back for a possible solution but i havent received an email back.
any input or suggestions would be appreciated. The new member is open to suggestion on how we should proceed further and were both kinda waiting for bruce to get back to us. Just wondered how others have dealt with this in the past.

Personally since the new member is in contact with you the problem is most likely slow shipping, I'd give it another 3-4 weeks and see if the package shows up.
