I won an auction on ebay, the seller is located in Canada and wants payment in Canadian funds. Does anyone know if you can purchase a money order/cashiers check in Canadian funds in the US? The item is a little over $200CDN so I cant really send cash.

Should be, but I don't know anyone that sells them in the U.S. Every international money order I have ever seen was in U.S. funds.

Yes I could but the seller doesn't have a PayPal account. Im going to check and see at couple area banks today.

If things don't work out, let me know - I can send a MO on your behalf from here if you Paypal me the funds.

I would think though that since I can go to a Canadian Bank and get a MO in US funds, you should be able to get a Canadian MO from a US bank.
