Need these Andy Moog Cards!

My brother is close to completing his Andy Moog collection and just needs the following cards ::

1997-1998 Score Team Set Canadiens 1 Premiere Club
1994-1995 Stadium Club 231 First Day Issue
1995-1996 Summit 96 Artist's Proof
1991-1992 Parkhurst 459e
1993-1994 Pinnacle 347f


If anyone could help with any of the cards on the list please let me know (by PM or posting). Unfortunately these cards havent shown up on ebay or beckett marketplace as he checks them quite frequently. If you have any questions just ask away.
