I won a few cards on the bay back in May. The seller sent me the tracking number and it says that the PO was electronically notified. There is no other information with the tracking number. Does this mean that he JUST notified the PO or is it possible that they did receive it but have no other information? It was being shipped from Florida to New York.
 
sounds like he made an electronic airbill and that's it. the status usually changes once he mails it and the PO scans it into their system. either way, if you haven't received the cards and you've been waiting since May, you should get your money back. not like the seller's going to have any tracking info to rely upon.
 
he gave me the money back minus the shipping cost. i just found it really odd that hes swearing that he sent them but the PO has nothing in their system.

it happens that sometimes you just receive the package out of the blue and the PO never scanned it for whatever reason. i've had instances where i got my refund and a package i forgot about shows up 3 months later (this was from Canada though). messaged the seller back to pay him again and he was very appreciative.
 
I had one back in Dec, the local Po Scanned it but it sat somewhere for 2 weeks.. either fell on the floor there or up in michigan... got asked about where it was and then all of the sudden 2 days later the PO must of have found it because it was then scanned in their PO and then Delivered the next day...

So the Electronic notification just means that they purchased the shipping label, thats the status it will be under until someone at the PO scans it...

yeah, if you filed with Paypal, you would have gotten full refund.. including shipping n handling as you did not receive what you order...
