Need Value opinion on this item

Have been offered this card in trade... the other party is looking for 500BV in trade value for this.... anyone ever seen one of these sell before? It is a beauty of a card, I just have no clue as to value. Thanks in advance for any input

this is only my opinion but i think 500 bv is WAAAAAAAAY too high for it. nice card but i wouldn't trade that much to get it unless you are a die hard stastny collector

Ask Larry, he's the resident Stastny collector. If anybody has a clue on value it would be him. As far as I'm concerned, the quality of the BV would determine the trade value for me. If the guy is looking for 50 $10BV cards that would sell for $2 each on eBay then fine, but if he's looking for 10 $50 BV cards that sell for $30 each, then he's out to lunch. The sole value on that card is would be if one of the Slovak collectors wanted it.

I would certainly agree with Innsex. Just walk away from that deal even before it begins. $500 BV is way overboard. I will admit the swatches in the card are sweet, but not for that price.

I know a lot about this card (have owned 2 of them) and 500BV is high. It sells for $100-$120 (the range I bought and sold mine for) although the last one on Ebay went for $140.

I have a rather extensive Stastny collection and I would value that card in the 200-250 BV range.

I agree with Matt on the value of that card. That is one of the two redemptions
i received from Ultimate and UD. You can take the sale value he lists and turn it into what ever trade or BV you want ($200-$250).

malkin penmanship Auto $100
kane young gun $80 (was $80 back then)
Mason sp authentic au rc BV was $100
Crosby Victory RC $30

here is all the cards i gave up : ( Ewww.....
