I never heard anything about any ITG card being fake. ???

I do remember an ITG Ultimate 1/1 Emblem having a non-game used patch (game-issued jersey), and after it was determined by Dr. Price that it wasn't game-used, he asked for it back and compensated the owner with other card(s). I think it was our own holygoalie (Mike) who pulled that card and let Dr. Price know about it.

Dr. Price only wants authentic stuff in his cards...he's very good about that and it is why I like his cards so much.

Mike, do you remember who the player was on that ITG Ultimate 1/1 Emblem card? If I remember right, it was a Scandinavian goalie. Yes?

I am now starting to post cards from some of my completed subsets. This first one is from UM5 and was the "Blades of Steel" subset. It is a 21 card set and what I loved about it, and why I started to go after it, was that 20 of the players were all old-timers. Right up my alley. The only card that was odd and that stuck out in the subset was Mario Lemieux...a more current player. Plus, I loved the design of these cards.

Officially, I still need one card to complete it (the Cyclone Taylor card #/25). But even though I know where a bunch are, I will probably never get one. It's a long story. So, for now, here are the other 20 cards in the subset. I'll do them in alphabetical order.

I saw a thread somewhere on Facebook arguing about the veracity of the Shield cards being silver as opposed to orange. I really don't mind either way as I'm not the biggest fan of the shields and would prefer a ton of color.
