New Gaborik additions from the past week or so

Probably my last mail post for a while, because I'm heading to Anchorage, Alaska for a week to attend a funeral. Airfare was about $600 alone, and everything is more expensive up there. It's going to put a hamper on buying for a bit, but here's what's come in recently...

I'm slowly picking away at OPC Premier here and there. For some reason I'm not super impressed with this set, but I'll pick stuff up when I find it for a reasonable price. I'd rather focus on finding nice pieces from the Cup...speaking of the Cup...

All are from eBay except the Scripted Swatches. I acquired it in an easy deal here on HI with Brandon (brado8236). I think it's the only multi-color Gabby swatch I've seen from this set so far. Thanks again, Brandon!!...and last, but not least...

I probably overpaid for this one, but I didn't care. I had to snap it up before the Slovakian eBayers came in and swooped on it. A few of these are already accounted for in collections, and a few more will probably sit in sealed boxes for a while. When I didn't land one during the initial rippage, I started to wonder if I'd ever find one. I really dig the black & white feel to the card, and I'm glad to knock it off the list!

Mike- My version of slowing down was just staying away from the multi-player cards. There are just so many sets and parallels that it get's tough to land one of every dual, triple, and quad /10 or less picturing Gaborik (for me at least).
