New one on me -- redemption code doesn't exist

Customer pulled a redemption for an autographed Tough Times Tiger Williams out of 10-11 Pinnacle. Both he and I have tried redeeming the card and according to Panini, the code doesn't exist.

He's tried calling and gotten no answer. Anyone have a similar experience?

Update: Got through just now and got it fixed. Total elapsed time, two minutes.

this happened with alot of the tough times redemptions.
you have to call cs with the code so they can input it for you. It's very annoying.
