Hey Burner, I don't mean to answer for Jason, but I believe I can help with the issue.

The Fresh Inks were case hits in Ultra, which in turn ended up being extremely lightly broken. When you factor in that Shea doesn't seem to be signing for UD anymore (almost all of his autos were cancelled from preliminary checklists) and they are using old stickers from his rookie season (before he added the "6" to his autograph), I imagine there aren't too many of these made for him.
