I'm confused with those combinations. 10 for 1, yes, that is clear. Yes, you lose those 10, that is clear. But the parallel system is like:

You have Silver Foils, Red Foils and Orange Foils. There's 94 of each.
- You combine 10 bases to get one Red Foil.
- You combine 10 Red Foils to get one Orange Foil.

According to the email I got:
• Complete a Base Red Foil parallel set (94 cards) to earn the exclusive SP2 achievement card.

• Complete a Base Orange Foil parallel set (94 cards) to earn the exclusive SP3 achievement card.

The highest card number I have is 100. There's 94 cards in each of the foil set.

Questions:
1) Is the set skip numbered? What explains the difference of the six cards (94 vs. 100)?
2) How do I get Silver Foils?
3) When combining, can I select whether I want a Silver Foil or a Red Foil?

I think I found the answers. Feel free to correct me:
1) The numbers 12, 45, 75, 77, 94 and 98 are not included in the set. Don't ask me why.
2) The Silver Foils are not "transform-to-better"-cards. They are inserted 5:3 packs.
3) No, you always get Red Foils for each lot of 10 base cards.
