The PS3 and silver version comes out next week.

Beginning today the NHL 10 demo on Xbox 360 will be available on Xbox Live Marketplace to XBOX LIVE Gold members. On August 27th it will be available to download for XBOX LIVE Silver members and for the PLAYSTATION3 at the PLAYSTATION Store.

I just played it last night and its preety sweet overall. I love that after the whistle blows, you can start a fight. Heck, if you really rile up your opponents, they almost start a team brawl.

Pinning your opponent against the boards for a puck scrum, is really cool also.

Played the demo. Won the Cup. Shook Lidstrom's hand.

The look and feel is great, but shaking Lidstrom's hand.....no roots in reality. I even kept hitting Y trying to start a post-game fight, but to no avail.

im doing the be a GM mode...love it!

im about 30 games into my first season.
i got frolov , satan and Burns on my Bruins team

sounds crazy but a bunch of guys on the hockey team and i have made our virtua counterparts and have been playing against other teams to um...practice. no joke, it has improved our cadence.
