Maybe another member can clarify better then me... I think if they were an emergency call up then maybe they don't, but if they are signed to a proper NHL contract and sit back up they will.

There were also many goalies with a proper NHL contract who didn´t get a card. :-( We will see who will UD and Panini pun on the cards.
