Thanks for that stat, I was looking for it for my debate on HOF. Its more than I thought. Makes my point about being in top 100 should be instant selection more then just top 1%

I keep track because I have my have/want list of all time autographs organized by year of debut.

For those interested here's a breakdown;

1917/18-2002/03 - 5,610
2003/04 - 160
2005/06 - 211
2006/07 - 139
2007/08 - 148
2008/09 - 170
2009/10 - 137
2010/11 - 149
2011/12 - 138
2012/13 - 118

My numbers are slightly different than most statistics sites because I count playoff debuts in the actual year they debuted, not the following season. I do this for a couple reasons, primarily because I like consistency and some players have only ever appeared in the playoffs.
