Can anyone just go, or do you need tickets? I'm thinking of taking a trip to Montreal for the draft, but if I can't get in, it might not be worth it...
You need to get tickets. Certain places like the Bell Centre or other restaurants around the city will have tickets. They are free but if they give them all out you may have to pay for them on eBay. I will try to find information on where you can get them.
i know for last years draft in ott. you had to mail a letter to the sens. org. and let them know that you wanted tix. (max of 4 iirc). Season ticket holders had first dibs, then the rest were for general sale. I still haven't heard anything about this years, and I'm hoping to hear something soon as I'd really like to go. If i get any info I'll post it here.
In Ottawa you were also able to get them free some I believe sportsexperts and other sporting goods stores around town, thats how I got my 4, so may be able to do the same for Montreal.
