Nhl Network In Usa????

I've been tired of waiting and no one, I mean NO ONE has any information on the launching of the NHL Network in the United States. Part of Versus' (Comcast) agreement with the NHL was to launch the NHL Network in the USA by Summer/July 2007 at the latest. Well, here we are in July and not one mention anywhere. I've emailed Comcast and of course no answer. No surprise there. Anyone out there hear anything??
