I love how people are crapping on Meszaros. He was a 30 point Dman on Ottawa paired with Chara. Goes to a hockey hellhole like TB and sucked. Go figured because the rest of the team around him were no better.

If you looked at the success Matt Carle had with Pronger, we are going to get that same turnaround with Meszaros, if not better. Our D got alot better today plus we probably saved a million or 2 by not chasing today's Dmen FA's.

But there is no way the Flyers are done, still need a goalie, 3 wingers. Someone is gone

Mitchell is gone for sure from the sounds of it - sad to see him go as I was always a big fan.
Just watched a TSN video and they seem to think that this sets Vancouver up to trade Bieksa to try and get some secondary scoring help - we shall see.
