to me it comes down to a couple of things, is this card worth more to ME then the other one? If the other buyer dosen't say anything then the seller is ok.
or
if this card is worth less to me then the other one then I'd want something back from the seller. Maybe even a full refund and the card going back.
(I don't care if this card is has a higher BV or not, does it have a higher ME value)

The other guy got that Yzerman/Lidstrom dual I paid for. I got Oviemalkin dual /25 he paid for. I will be fully refunded but I would have needed that wings dual bad. And yes! Needed it to get one nice Marty:beer:

Tomi, happy you post it up. I have the card in my hands right now. I received it Friday and I had no clue what was going on. I bought the OPCP Dual redemption Malkin/Ovechkin /25 on Ebay but was not worried yet because shipping from the US usually take a while. Seller didn't contact me at all. What do we do right now ?
