So this is a card that I have been searching for on ebay for what seems like forever. Here is the damage.

actually here is the damage :badmood:

on the left side it looks like the card got damaged by the machine sealing the pack.

So I was just wondering what you guys would do in a similar situation.
Return the card and get a refund?
See if Panini can help? not sure they can the card is out of 5
Put on my big boy pants and just live with it(the other side of the card is ok). After all it is a pc item.

looks very nice card

I would contact Panini to see,

also did the seller posted good pictures of the card?

if it is a PC item, you might want to keep the card and live with it but that is 100% up to you

I agree with the above sentiments. If there was no mention of it you should contact the seller, but also contact Panini and see if they can/would replace it.

Very nice card though.

I'd ask for a refund as the card is damaged and not as described. Calling Panini couldn't hurt, but who knows how long you would have to wait on them.

Nice to see another Oiler collector pick up this card, and its very unfortunate for the damage. But as you know also, this card was incredibly hard to acquire, so I would recommend keeping the card and seeing if the seller can compromise a partial refund.

What a great design! I have said this many times but it is nice that Upperdeck finally has some competition!
