Good for Carlos, he has earned this opportunity. I presume he'll be stepping away from Jackson's for this fight.

Dana's already said it won't be Fitch...but it probably will be 
Who else steps in at 170 to fight Penn? Rory's already got a fight, as does Ebersole. Lytle's retired. Dan Hardy's not close to coming back or in that upper echelon anymore. Koscheck just took the Matt Hughes fight...
...Martin Kampmann? He's lost his last two, but they've both been really close. I can't even think of who else could step in at that weight that's a big enough name. I wouldn't be surprised that they just take Penn off the card altogether and postpone the fight IF in fact no Fitch is true.

The guys that they could throw in there: Kampmann, Story, Brenneman, Hendricks. Of these options I would most like to see Kampmann. That would be a fun fight, the others, not necessarily.
