Niedermayer to THE SABRES!!!!

Another player overrated his entire NHL career. Can't believe he'd get signed for that, and people are saying Modano is done. Must be nice to have too much money as an owner.

The way JayKayZee is talking I think he thinks its Scott. Or he's joking. It's ROB.

easton55 you think $1.15M is a lot of money? That's a fair deal for a guy that will get 10 goals and be good defensively while providing some leadership and versatility. It's well below league average actually.

D, it's been a whileeee my man.

We gave you a good run, put a scare in you I'm sure, but it just wasn't meant to be. Now that we have the good ole Brazilian meatball for a striker in Adriano I think we will give Inter a bigger run next season (provided he doesn't consume all the lasagna La Roma can offer).

Shoot me a PM, we gotta catch up amigo

Something is terribly wrong in the world when Rob Neidermayer gets his own thread in HI, ironic or not.

Perhaps the least exciting signing in Sabres history. What, did Adam Hall turn them down?

Its only because us Sabres fans never get any trades or FAs that it must be news. Personally, if I could do it, I would make a trade thread for this guy and immediately post it in that secret forum where the mods put deleted threads.

Off the bat, waste of time thread. Seems like just to make it seem like they are doing something. I was pretty indifferent about today, but then I read they resigned Lalime and was like BLAH! I wanted Wade DUB instead or Steve Valiquette. They've at least proven to be good backups when the #1 was injured. We don't need a former injured #1 as a backup, we need guys that want to be #1, that's how they end up doing well when called upon. Lalime has nothing left to prove other than being some other team's future backup.
