Normally I open all my wax in shop but I grabbed a couple packs of SPGU and pulled a damaged Drew Doughty Supreme gloves /15. As I always do because I never take it unless needed told the owner no need to print a receipt. UD says they require a receipt for damage replacements, is this set in stone? Don't really want to travel back to Washington to get a receipt if I even still can. PS: lots of damage in SPGU this year that I've seen. Very disappointing.

We got an email saying to make sure receipts are given to customers in case this happens. I'm not to sure how much they enforce it though, good luck, Dan

They want a receipt and the empty box/UPC. And yes, they are sticklers about it. I would call the shop and ask them to email you a receipt, shouldn't mean a trip back down there.

They replaced a damaged card for me from their Tim Hortons release. I dont make it a habit of getting a receipt when getting a coffee.

I showed them the damaged card, with the wrapper it came from and sent that off to them in an email. They replied with a case number and an address to mail it off to. I did end up getting the card replaced.

Owner could probably produce a copy of the transaction from his debit records IF you did an interact payment from your credit card OR bank account.
Check with LCS and also get HIS business card to help out in your quest for a replacement.

Could you just show your credit card statement showing you purchased it from there?

This is also a learning experience for me. I usually tell whomever I'm buying from not to bother printing me a receipt or else I'm doing cash transactions at a card show so don't get a receipt at all. I should be a bit more careful next time.

this. or My LCS doesn't but the product description so when I buy another box or packs, I just send the other receipt instead. They need a receipt, not the receipt :)

I just use any receipt I have as my LCS doesn't put description. Just says hockey box or packs. And I've always needed a receipt a long with product ups bard code.
