Artifacts does do the Tag 1/1 parallel every year - still, you'd think something like this (if legit) would be acknowledged on the website checklist.

Those were just jersey cards when they came out so I highly doubt Upper Deck would have put a tag as one of the swatches, but I can't say for sure 100%...
